Work In Progress

I've been trying to work on a digital portrait of one of my favorite characters since the past few weeks. Haven't been able to spend much time on it because I'm so lazy. Posting a WIP image. Hopefully I will finish it soon although I have a LONG way to go.

Any guesses about who she is? Her eyes and hair are a good hint.
